QZS-7 (Michibiki No. 7)

QZS-7 is a satellite for Japan's Quasi-Zenith Satellite System, a regional navigation constellation that has operated with four satellites since November 2018 and is being expanded to seven. The Cabinet Office says the added satellites are meant to keep at least four satellites above Japan at all times, so positioning can be sustained with QZSS alone, and to widen the signal coverage area.
